Smartfilm holds a CodeMark Certificate of Compliance and satisfies the requirements of the National Construction Code (2015): Volume One: BP1.1 and BP1.2, and Volume Two: P2.1.1 and QLD P2.1.3.

Independent testing and scientific evaluations have established that Smartfilm also meets the requirements of AS 3660.1 Termite Management- Part 1: New building work.

Smartfilm in addition, complies as a damp-proof course under AS/NZS 4347- Damp-proof courses and flashings.

Independent trials and other tests show that Smartfilm should remain as an effective termite barrier for 50 years.
